Michelle Hollingshead founded Imprint Coaching in 2009 with the mission of helping individuals and organizations leave a meaningful imprint on our world. She designs and delivers innovative leadership development programs connecting business outcomes with the human dimension of business. Michelle consults on corporate culture transformation, where she bridges gaps between people from diverse backgrounds while emphasizing human potential and mindfulness. Industry Experience: Michelle coaches and consults with executives, managers, and teams in Fortune 500 companies, privately held companies, and non-profit sectors. She speaks on mindfulness and compassion at work and is a contributing author to the anthology, Compassion@Work: Creating Workplaces that Engage the Human Spirit. She has worked with organizations such as Procter & Gamble, Microsoft, Facebook, Amazon, Lexmark, Western Union, Cisco, Cigna, Johnson Controls, Nationwide Insurance, Brown-Forman, The Council of State Governments, Blue Grass Community Foundation, The Weekly Juicery and others.
Michael "Duffy" Dyer is a Coach, Business Executive and 30+ years retired military Senior Officer with 40+ years of extensive experience in organizational leadership, management, and leading elite teams across the globe. He has an innate ability to foster consensus through collaboration and community partnering with more than 14 years of cross-cultural work experience. From the Pentagon to the Far East Asia, and even Antarctica, Duffy Dyer has led organizations large and small in a myriad of capacities
He is currently President and Founder of DYER Global Solutions, LLC (DGS). Duffy’s strengths center on being a visionary Leader, Team & Relationship-builder, and Coach. Accordingly, DGS specializes in providing individual & team leadership development, education, and coaching; evolutionary strategic planning and direction; and organizational assessment and design. DGS’ approach to clients mirrors his ardent focus on “Heart-Centered Leadership.”

Ed has spent more than 15 years developing and supporting leaders and their organizations through collaboration, coaching, and group/team facilitations.
With an eye toward future results, he is empathetic to the unique challenges facing leaders navigating existential decisions with paramount impact on self, others, and the organization. Ed has a unique interest and commitment for seeing growth and potential in people striving to deepen their understanding of who they are and how they want to “show-up.” He believes the coaching partnership of exploration and new and increased awareness enables clients to develop long-term practices and skills, empowering them to lead with confidence, while continuing to cultivate and strengthen talents and abilities.
Ed Johnson is credentialed as an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the International Coach Federation. He earned a Master of Divinity (MDiv) and a Master of Arts In Christian Education (MACE) degrees from Union Presbyterian Seminary in Richmond, VA and completed a post-graduate certificate for Clinical Pastoral Education. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business and Economics from Randolph-Macon College in Ashland, VA.
